Pavo 18Plus Comfort helps (senior) horses move comfortably. It keeps the joints supple and eases movement. The carefully balanced composition consists of a combination of well-known and proven ingredients that support the horse's movement & mobility.
MSM, glucosamine and silicium
MSM, glucosamine and silicium are known ingredients to maintain supple joints. MSM serves as a key building block for new cell formation and supports the flexibility of connective tissue. For horses, it plays an important role in maintaining strong tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and overall connective tissue health. Glucosamine is a substance the body produces on its own, which stimulates the production of joint fluid (synovia). This fluid is present in all joints and actually lubricates the joints so that it can move smoothly. Additionally, is support maintenance of healthy cartilage in the joint. Silicium is essential for bone and cartilage formation, and it also stimulates the body's own production of glucosamine.
Devil’s claw & willow bark
Devil’s claw and willow bark are a perfect fit for senior horses as both ingredients have a beneficial effect on signs of ageing, in relation to movement. They can play a vital role in providing comfort and ease in movement to the (senior) horse. Feed recommendation per day:
High dosage 10 ml per 100 kg body weight
- Pony (300 kg): 30 ml

Feed the high dosage during the first 7-14 days of feeding. It is possible to continue for intensive support if necessary.
Maintenance dosage
5 ml per 100 kg body weight
