Equine America Hoof Balm™ is a super concentrated blend of natural oils including Tea Tree, Almond, Chamomile and Lanonlin, that shine, moisturise and nourish the hoof, whilst still letting it breathe. These oils are beneficial to the health and nourishment of the hooves and enable the delivery of moisture and nutrients.

DIRECTIONS OF USE
Directions for normal use: Apply to hoof walls, frog and sole every other day. For intensive use: Apply to hoof walls, frog and sole twice a day for 10 to 14 days. For showing: Apply neatly in on direction with a clean brush for a show ring gloss finish. For optimum hoof health use in conjunction with Equine America's Super Hoof Plus Pellets

Over the summer the wet ground was giving my horse problems with his feet. They are suffering from bacterial infection , and the horn was going a bit soft . So much so that he started to lose a shoe here and there. Something he doesn't normally do . After using Hoof Ball for a month or so , his feet started to toughen up . So much so that the farrier commented on the fact that he could feel that he was now nailing into a good , strong , firm hoof. I use the balm every other day, and will continue to do so.. One pot lasts me 2 -3 months. Needless to say that he hasn't lost a shoe since we started using the balm. It has worked for me , and i would recommend giving it a try.
I really like the hoof balm. I haven't used it for very long but it leaves a lovely shine on the hoof. I think continued use will really show the full benefits of using this product.
The hoof balm is wonderful for softening my miniature Shetland ponies dry brittle hooves. My farrier is very pleased.
